Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
  • At least 7 years in HR, with a minimum of 4 years in an HR Business Partner role.
  • Deep understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proven consulting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
  • Proficient in HRIS systems; Dayforce experience is a plus.
  • Organizational development and change management experience.
  • Strong project management and organizational abilities.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligning with business objectives.
  • Act as a liaison between management and Employee Relations on complex issues.
  • Work with the Talent team on staffing needs and workforce plans.
  • Partner on succession planning and career development initiatives.
  • Lead and support organizational change initiatives.
  • Assess HR-related needs and develop integrated solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
  • Use HR metrics to guide decisions and identify improvements.
  • Promote employee engagement and a positive culture.
  • Collaborate on salary benchmarking and job evaluations.
