Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
- Master’s degree or HR certifications (e.g., SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) are a plus.
- At least 7 years in HR, with a minimum of 4 years in an HR Business Partner role.
- Deep understanding of HR processes, labor laws, and best practices.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proven consulting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Proficient in HRIS systems; Dayforce experience is a plus.
- Organizational development and change management experience.
- Strong project management and organizational abilities.
- Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies aligning with business objectives.
- Act as a liaison between management and Employee Relations on complex issues.
- Work with the Talent team on staffing needs and workforce plans.
- Partner on succession planning and career development initiatives.
- Lead and support organizational change initiatives.
- Assess HR-related needs and develop integrated solutions.
- Ensure adherence to labor laws and company policies.
- Use HR metrics to guide decisions and identify improvements.
- Promote employee engagement and a positive culture.
- Collaborate on salary benchmarking and job evaluations.
