3+ years of technology sales experience with a preference for SMB SaaS. Ideally experience selling to restaurants, fitness studios or small businesses Ability to prioritize multiple emails, phone calls, social media and more Thrives in a fast-paced, diverse, and highly collaborative team environment. You have a deep understanding of outbound selling and prospecting. You understand a relationship-led, sales motion and have demonstrated a track record of exceeding quotas & selling success. You are a strong written and verbal communicator. You are passionate about our overall mission and how arketa can help our customers You are scrappy, resourceful and a creative problem solver when discovering the business needs of your customer and understanding how arketa plugs into the bigger picture. You know how, or will learn prior to starting how to, use hubspot to track & forecast sales pipeline Experience selling to fitness studios a huge plus BA/BS degree preferred
