Proven experience in lifecycle marketing, retention strategies, or growth marketing, with a focus on improving customer engagement and revenue. Hands-on experience with CRM tools like CleverTap, HubSpot, or similar platforms to design and automate user journeys. Comfortable using data tools like Looker Studio, Excel, etc. to extract insights and measure campaign performance. Deep understanding of user behavior, with the ability to design flows and triggers that improve activation, retention, and revenue. Experience working closely with product, onboarding, and marketing teams to align strategies and launch impactful campaigns. Experience collaborating with data science teams to design, execute, and monitor A/B tests with proper segmentation. A proactive mindset with the confidence to make decisions that drive measurable results and move the needle. Familiarity with crypto or fintech products is a plus, but not required.
