Requirements:

5+ years in a Senior Product Design role shipping real features with product and engineering.
Strong understanding of UI states and CRUD logic—you design for create, read, update, delete like a product thinker.

Responsibilities:

Create, extend, and maintain a structured, developer-friendly design system grounded in reusability and scalability.
Collaborate with PMs and engineers in tight loops—from whiteboard to Figma to working code.
Contribute to marketing and brand design efforts (e.g. landing pages, presentations, social graphics), maintaining consistency without compromising velocity.
Use user testing, analytics, and intuition to validate ideas and continually refine your work.
Coach teams on how to think in systems—modularity, consistency, and design rationales that scale.
