Senior/Lead Product Designer

Proven experience in designing developer tools, extensibility features, or integrations. Strong understanding of UX design principles, including user research, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing. Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Sketch, or Adobe XD. Familiarity with development tools and technologies, such as APIs, SDKs, and programming languages. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to effectively communicate design concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and address design challenges.

Create intuitive and user-friendly interfaces for developer tools, extensibility features, and integrations. Conduct user research to understand the needs and pain points of developers and IT professionals. Collaborate closely with engineers, product managers, and other stakeholders to ensure that design solutions align with business objectives. Drive innovation and explore new design opportunities to enhance the developer experience. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior designers on the team.
