Requirements

  • Proven experience (typically 5+ years) in Product Management within a B2B SaaS company.
  • Significant focus on driving joint customer value with partner applications and managing partner relationships.
  • Strong familiarity with the legal tech vendor landscape and use cases.
  • Bachelor's degree in law or relevant experience working in a law firm or in legal technology products.
  • Strong technical aptitude and a deep understanding of APIs (RESTful APIs preferred), integration patterns, data mapping, and the software development lifecycle.
  • Demonstrated ability to define product strategy, develop roadmaps, write detailed requirements, and prioritize features.
  • Experience working closely with engineering teams in an agile environment.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Exceptional communication (written and verbal), presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, own, and champion the product strategy and roadmap for all integrations.
  • Define and prioritize use cases for first-party integrations with key legal tech systems.
  • Translate use cases into detailed product requirements and user stories.
  • Collaborate with engineering teams throughout the agile development lifecycle.
  • Identify, evaluate, and build relationships with key strategic integration partners.
  • Guide partners on best practices for utilizing the API and ensure integration quality.
  • Develop resources to support partner integration efforts.
  • Conduct market research on legal technology landscape and competitor strategies.
  • Engage with clients to understand workflows, integration needs, and pain points.
  • Analyze usage data and gather feedback on existing integrations.
  • Collaborate with Product Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success for go-to-market strategies.
  • Provide training and support to internal teams regarding integration capabilities.
  • Act as a subject matter expert on integrations.
