Provide day-to-day administrative support to loan officers and brokers Collect, review, and manage client documents related to loan applications Communicate with clients to request or clarify necessary paperwork Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in CRMs and other platforms Follow up with lenders, legal offices, and third-party contacts as needed Schedule meetings, coordinate calendars, and prepare client summaries Assist in generating reports and handling email correspondence Perform other general virtual admin tasks as required
