Estimator II - Water/Wastewater

BS in Environmental, Civil, Mechanical, Construction Engineering or Construction Management plus 2 years of related experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education. Demonstrated experience in estimating projects from $200k to $30M. 2+ years of water-wastewater experience Experience in environmental, heavy civil, structural, mechanical and electrical. Proficiency in Sage Timberline Estimating, Bluebeam or Adobe and Microsoft Office Suite

Provide cost estimating support for our Water/Wastewater, Environmental, Transportation and Energy estimating efforts Detailed take-off, cost estimating, construction methodology, tact and approach, determination of crewing and productivity, proposal schedule generation, subcontractor/vendor solicitation and coordination, scope development, evaluation/comparison, bid day spreadsheets, bid report preparation, constructability reviews, value engineering Travel to pre-bids and site visits
