Lead Estimator - Industrial

Associate degree with 10+ years’ experience estimating capital construction projects, including design-build and engineering-led construction. Experience with multi-discipline industrial manufacturing. Experience with packaging, process piping, controls, electrical, and facilities. Experience having built and led a team. Experience with construction cost estimating software (e.g., Means, Richardson, Timberline). Experience with current Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.) products. Travel up to 30% of the time.

Establish a clear vision for the development of Foth’s estimating competency. Develop and implement a comprehensive estimating program. Continuously improve and enhance the program. Personally lead the estimating process on complex and high impact projects. Collaborate effectively with clients, suppliers, project managers, engineers, and other stakeholders. Build a high-performing estimating team.
