- Serve as the main point of contact for assigned host railroads
- Oversee site planning, marketing, retail operations, and activities planning for events
- Review and provide input on marketing, site layout, entertainment, and operating plans
- Maximize marketing opportunities and track ticket sales
- Assist with event setup, execution, and breakdown, including physical setup of attractions and merchandise
- Review events and submit wrap reports with recommendations for improvement
- Clean and repair touring crates as needed
- Manage and track touring assets
- Communicate national marketing initiatives to railroads and drive marketing programs
- Approve marketing and advertising for partner railroads
- Run post-event reports and evaluate marketing results
