Senior Business Operations Associate - US

2-4 years of experience in a highly quantitative role. Advanced analytical reasoning skills. Advanced data modeling skills, including forecasting methodologies and sensitivity analysis. Proficiency with Google Suite tools (Sheets, Slides, etc.). Proficiency in self-serving data using SQL or similar tools. Ability to adapt to a rapidly changing environment and make decisions with imperfect information.

Maintain vehicle-related forecasts for labor and spare parts planning. Oversee labor productivity models to drive cost efficiencies. Lead asset allocation strategy for new and used vehicles. Manage key vehicle-related projects, including new product launches. Provide ad-hoc analysis to the VP of Central Operations.
