Requirements:
6+ years of experience in construction project management, implementation, deployments, or applications with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role. Track record of successfully managing complex construction projects. Strong project management skills. Excellent problem-solving, critical thinking, and analytical skills. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Familiarity with other construction software tools such as AutoCAD, Revit, Bluebeam, Procore etc. Understanding of construction processes, safety standards, and compliance requirements.
Responsibilities:
Provide onsite training and post-deployment support. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients. Work closely with clients to understand their evolving needs. Lead and manage the end-to-end implementation. Coordinate project schedules, resources, and stakeholders. Identify and resolve any implementation challenges. Monitor and report on project progress, risks, and milestones. Work closely with the engineering and R&D teams. Collaborate with Dusty’s customer support team. Collaborate with the sales team. Push opportunities with marketing. Regularly sync with account and finance teams. Develop and refine internal implementation processes. Contribute to the development of best practices. Gather feedback from clients and internal teams. Proactively identify project or account risks. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during implementation.
