3+ years experience in talent development, HR, L&D, Communications or similar role. Strong communicator, organizer, and collaborator with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple projects, coordinate stakeholders, and meet goals. Comfortable working across teams and engaging with stakeholders at all levels. Skilled in gathering and analyzing data that drive insights and action. Takes initiative and brings creative, inclusive ideas forward. Experience in a global or remote work environment is a plus. Strong attention to detail and follow-through. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, or similar tools.
