Requirements:
Structural engineer, construction millwright/industrial mechanic degree or related technical field, experience in carpentry and lumber manufacturing, knowledge of construction regulatory environment, strong commercial mindset and business acumen skills, excellent planning and organization skills, self-motivated and innovative thinking, track record in driving new projects, outgoing with networking abilities, excellent communication and presentation skills, pc proficiency, valid driver's license
Responsibilities:
Support positioning henkel as the recognized leader in adhesives and alternative revenue solutions, expand engineered wood business in north america, scout for collaboration opportunities, develop ideation projects, drive concepts and execution, cross-collaborate with various business functions, and become active member of the regional engineered wood community
