2+ years hands-on experience with Google Tag Manager (Web, Server-Side is a plus) Strong understanding of GTM fundamentals: tags, triggers, variables, dataLayer, custom templates Solid JavaScript knowledge, especially as it applies to GTM custom scripts Experience with GA4 event architecture and enhanced measurement configurations Ability to debug tracking issues across browser, network tab, and console Familiarity with major ad platform pixels Strong attention to detail and methodical QA approach Ability to work independently and manage tasks asynchronously
