Responsibilities:
Execute a comprehensive delivery motion to drive faster time-to-value and meet annual renewal targets.
Lead key account delivery teams, aligning on clear targets and objectives.
Leverage and coordinate cross-functional teams (Legal, Engineering, Marketing, Product).
Collaborate with Sales leadership and Account Executives to pursue new business opportunities within existing accounts.
Evangelize and explain the TetraScience Product to customer teams.
Work closely with product teams to bring customer enhancement requests to fruition.
Stay up-to-date on industry trends and emerging technologies.
Collaborate with Account Executives to create and execute account-specific plans.
