Define launch and ongoing marketing strategies for SAPPHIRE to pharmaceutical and life science clients. Act as the liaison between clients, sales, and product development. Gather requirements, create go-to-market strategy, and provide ongoing sales and operational support. Directly drive increased revenue by enhancing capabilities. Actively network within existing client contacts for new business/prospects. Actively pursue new business/prospects and present product capabilities to new clients. Provide superior customer service by working internally to execute project specifications. Attend client meetings to consult on SAPPHIRE capabilities and needs. Proactively reach out to clients to understand unmet/evolving needs. Analyze, coordinate, or conduct customer or key thought leader interviews. Supervise and mentor mid-level and junior analysts.
