Senior Accountant - Web3 Practice

Solid understanding of GAAP Experience with standard software solutions (QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite, Bill.com, Gusto, Expensify, Carta) Experience with crypto accounting software (Bitwave, Integral) and reconciliation of on-chain transactions Experience with Excel and ability to manipulate larger data sets Highly detail oriented with excellent organizational skills Fast learner with high degree of professional curiosity and desire to learn Ability to manage multiple priorities Enjoy a collaborative, team-oriented environment Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance 4+ years of progressive accounting experience; some multi-client experience preferred 1+ year of recent experience at a Web3 company or crypto native Experience working in a fast-paced technology, or professional services environment

Perform day to day accounting duties in AP, AR, cash management, payroll, FA, GL and other duties as assigned Assist with the monthly close process by posting monthly journal entries, performing account reconciliations and ad-hoc financial analysis Utilize on-chain accounting tools for the monthly close and to improve data accuracy Assist in maintaining regular contact and building solid working relationships with various groups Assist on projects and ad hoc assignments as needed
