Accounting Manager - Web3 Practice

Solid understanding of GAAP CPA or CFA preferred Advanced Excel and ability to manipulate larger data sets Experience with SQL a plus Experience with crypto accounting software (e.g. Bitwave, Integral) Experience with QuickBooks Online, Xero, Netsuite, Bill.com, Gusto, Expensify, Carta Excellent written and verbal communication Comfortable with basic Web3 vocabulary Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities Independent judgment and decision-making Ability to manage multiple projects/priorities Professional curiosity & creativity for Web3 innovation Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred 6+ years of progressive accounting experience At least 2 years in a supervisory role Multi-client experience highly preferred 2+ years of recent experience at a Web3 company or crypto native

Produce monthly financial statements and budget vs actual analysis Assist with financial modeling and forecasting for clients Utilize on-chain accounting tools to streamline processes Manage Accounts Receivable (invoicing, collections, contract review) Manage Accounts Payable (entry, payment, compliance) Manage Token Accounting (token warrants, token compensation) Process employee onboarding, payroll, and terminations Mentor and train future team members
