7–15+ years of partnerships, sales, or biz dev experience in healthcare Strong network in at least one of these sectors: insurance, Medicare Advantage, ACOs, health systems, PCPs, senior living, home care, or government healthcare Proven success generating millions in B2B/B2B2C partnerships A deep understanding of how healthcare partnerships are structured, sold, and scaled Excellent communicator — persuasive, polished, and clear Highly self-directed — you find opportunities, build a plan, and go Bonus: startup experience or experience selling behavioral health solutions
Responsibilities:
Generate business from day one — leveraging your existing network Identify, open, and own new GTM channels (insurance, ACOs, PCPs, senior living, etc.) Craft compelling pitches and partnership decks tailored to each vertical Navigate long sales cycles while keeping the pipeline warm and growing Collaborate with clinical, marketing, and product to bring deals to life Hit aggressive revenue and partner acquisition goals Represent Total Life at key industry events, conferences, and panels Be the expert voice on what’s working in the field and what we should pursue next
