Proven ability to build for short and long term: high-leverage, modular systems, balancing technical debt vs momentum. All In on AI Development: already builds with AI and pushes the edges of what's possible. Knows the AI Space: listens to AI podcasts and is active on X, testing and applying new insights regularly. Obsessively Innovating with AI: always refining how AI tools are used to reduce friction and increase quality. Curious and Optimistic: approaches novel problems and new technology with excitement.
