Prior professional experience as an Account Manager, Key Account Manager, Sales Account Manager, Junior Account Manager or relevant role Fluency in English and German a must Minimum 2~3 years of experience in a client facing role Familiarity with local regulations in Germany High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills Experience with CRM software and project management tools Proven ability to juggle multiple client accounts and time-sensitive projects at a time Excellent listening, collaboration and cross-cultural patience and understanding Go-getter attitude with strong problem solving skills and a curiosity to learn Ability to work independently without constant supervision, prior remote working experience is a plus Strong verbal and written communication skills
