3-5+ years of B2B SaaS product management experience. Proven expertise in managing product roadmaps, prioritizing features, and ensuring successful delivery. Proven success working with a multisided product to create feedback loops for multiple different audiences. Experimental with the ability to monetize product market fit for multiple audiences. Skilled in user research methodologies and data analysis. Familiarity with AI tools to support product roadmaps, feature backlogs and prioritization, adoption, and experimentation. Familiarity with product analytics and user feedback loop tools/processes. Background in B2B event services or the hospitality industry is a bonus. Strong project management abilities. Familiarity with SaaS KPIs and product-led growth strategies. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate effectively in both business and technical contexts. Self-motivated and excels at managing product initiatives. A Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
