4+ years in a quota carrying, full cycle sales role with a track record of success. History of promotions through roles at past companies. Ability to quickly learn about AirGarage and the Commercial Real Estate industry. Growth mindset and ability to adapt quickly in an early stage startup environment. Grit and willingness to do whatever it takes to succeed. Hunter mentality with excitement for prospecting, negotiating, and closing deals. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Experience and comfort working in Excel for profit & loss analysis and financial comparisons. Experience working in a smaller startup environment where the playbook is not well defined.
Responsibilities:
Exceed quarterly sales quota by pursuing new deals from start to finish. Work closely with SDRs to supplement outbound efforts and increase pipeline size. Qualify leads by becoming an expert on AirGarage and customer pain points. Develop an understanding of the parking and commercial real estate industry. Become an expert in Salesforce CRM and maintain accurate pipeline data. Partner with Operations through the deal desk process to structure proposals. Work with the sales team to iterate and improve sales processes.
