Requirements:

Proven experience as a Full-Stack Architect or Lead Engineer in a consultancy or product-driven environment.
Strong hands-on experience with Frontend: React.js
Strong hands-on experience with Backend: Python, Node.js
Strong hands-on experience with Mobile: Flutter
Strong hands-on experience with DevOps: Infrastructure automation, containerization, cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP)
Strong hands-on experience with Kubernetes: Orchestration, management, best practices
Strong hands-on experience with QA & CI/CD: Automated testing, pipelines, and release strategies
Deep understanding of architectural patterns & principles, including: Domain-Driven Design (DDD)
Deep understanding of architectural patterns & principles, including: Microservices & Event-Driven Architecture
Deep understanding of architectural patterns & principles, including: Serverless & Clean Architecture

Responsibilities:

Take full technical ownership of up to 5 active projects simultaneously.
Ensure all solutions align with best practices, maintaining high performance, scalability, and security.
Track and monitor project health, ensuring quality benchmarks are met and preventing client-facing escalations.
Lead technical resolution efforts in case of complex challenges or escalations.
Lead discovery phases, deeply understanding client business needs and translating them into robust technical solutions.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Business Analysts, and client stakeholders to define architecture and solution design.
Evaluate architectural trade-offs, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and cost-effective.
Apply modern best practices including Domain-Driven Design (DDD), Microservices, Event-Driven Architecture, Serverless, and Clean Architecture.
Support pre-sales activities by shaping technical solutions, providing architecture guidance, and participating in client pitches.
Develop high-level architecture proposals, effort estimations, and risk assessments.
Act as a trusted technical advisor for prospective clients, guiding them on technical strategy.
Mentor and guide engineering teams, ensuring consistency in design patterns, code quality, and delivery methodologies.
Promote best practices across development, DevOps, QA, and infrastructure teams.
