Requirements:
  • Strong foundation in commercial insurance for Mobility Solutions, Sharing Economy, Digital Economy and Transportation Services, with a deep focus on auto-related risks—ideally earned in a fast-paced brokerage or underwriting environment.
  • Active Property & Casualty license, ready to go.
  • Sharp understanding of commercial auto coverages, DOT regulations, FMCSA standards, and evolving industry trends.
  • Next-level negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable navigating insurance brokerage systems, Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and Slack.
Responsibilities:
  • Build and nurture strong relationships, becoming a trusted advisor on commercial auto programs and risk strategies.
  • Dive deep into client operations and loss history to uncover smart risk transfer opportunities and tailor coverage solutions.
  • Partner with carriers to negotiate competitive pricing and coverage that align with your clients' needs.
  • Build standout insurance packages—from liability to gig, cargo to NEMT, and everything in between.
  • Keep the client experience seamless with proactive support on renewals, endorsements, claims, and midterm changes.
  • Sync up with account execs, service pros, and managers to deliver top-tier client service and fuel account growth.
  • Ensure every program checks all the regulatory and contractual boxes.
  • Be on the lookout for fresh opportunities and contribute to the expansion of your portfolio.
