  • Collaborates with IT on user acceptance testing during system updates or application rollouts.
  • Reviews renewal applications to confirm that information is appropriate and determines underwriting actions.
  • Review and approve New Business submissions from sales associates.
  • Implement methods for promotion of policies or improvements to processes.
