Requirements:
Independent licensure in a mental health field required. Experience with a wide range of ages (children, teens, young adults, adults) preferred. Experience completing behavioral health assessments and admissions preferred. Must be available for specific shifts (11am - 7pm MT or 12pm - 8pm MT). Weekends encouraged. Native or bilingual English proficiency. Access to reliable technology for telehealth services. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment with high attention to detail.
Responsibilities:
Develop rapport with clients and referral sources through communication skills. Present programming information to clients. Complete virtual biopsychosocial assessments for various age groups and mental health concerns. Determine appropriateness for virtual intensive outpatient program (IOP). Construct provisional mental health diagnoses using DSM-V criteria. Document client information in electronic medical records. Assign treatment team members and group schedules. Interface with Admissions, Verification of Benefits, Utilization Review, and Clinical teams. Collaborate with referral sources including hospitals, treatment centers, psychiatrists, therapists, and other behavioral health providers.
