Bachelor’s degree required. Strong math instructional and coaching expertise. Knowledge of culturally relevant teaching practices and current research. Skilled in effective professional learning and instructional coaching techniques. Highly skilled in leading Internalization and Planning, Observation/Feedback, providing real-time feedback, leading Weekly Data Meetings, and setting academic goals. Efficiently defines metrics and ensures actions are data-driven. Effectively identifies and addresses root causes to problems. Effectively articulates case for change and translates into actionable plans. Tailors communications for different audiences to drive action and behavior change.
