  • 2+ years experience in a partner-facing role, ideally in a sales or customer success
  • Knowledge of the MSP space a plus, preferably related to the cyber-security industry
  • Experience in working with Salesforce or a similar CRM
  • Ability to deliver customer and partner engagement in a professional manner with strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to work in a hyper-growth environment
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and a large book of business

Responsibilities:
  • Manage a book of business that consists of several hundred partners and customers with the goal of maintaining and growing along with and minimizing churn
  • Work with partners to be a trusted advisor and deliver solutions that increase customer satisfaction, grow partner adoption, and deliver exceptional quality service
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations
  • Work collaboratively with the team to achieve goals around partner retention, expansion, and satisfaction
  • Help devise creative and valuable ways to engage with partners
