- 3-5 years in Deal Desk, Order Administration, Finance, Sales Operations, or a similar role.

- Experience with federal and local government contract management is a plus.
- International contract management experience is advantageous.
- Understanding of hardware business and logistics is a plus.
- Become a consultative business partner to the global sales team by providing best practices and guidance on deal structuring.
- Analyze the impact of deals on growth while ensuring a customer-first mindset.
- Review non-standard Order Form terms on a case-by-case basis, ensuring adherence to recognition policies.
- Assess Order Form submissions for completeness and align with booking policies.
- Improve Order Administration and Deal Desk processes continuously.
- Contribute to projects aimed at increasing productivity within sales operations.
- Ensure proposal and order form templates are up to date in Salesforce.
- Deliver ongoing training on deal structuring and related processes.
