Requirements:

5+ years in revenue operations, growth, or similar roles with a proven track record of scaling GTM motions and driving measurable business outcomes.
Hands-on experience with modern GTM stack including CRMs, MAPs, enrichment tools, and AI platforms, with proven ability to integrate and optimize these tools for maximum impact.
Strong foundation in modern GTM tools, APIs, data enrichment platforms etc. Basic scripting abilities to automate workflows will be a plus.
Systems thinker who can translate business requirements into technical solutions, with experience in working backwards from ambitious targets to build scalable processes

Become a champion for AI within the GTM team, exploring and evaluating new AI tools and techniques to enhance our GTM strategies and keep us at the forefront of innovation.
Drive cross-functional impact - collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and customer success to understand challenges and build AI-powered solutions that scale
