Requirements:

• 5+ years in revenue operations, growth, or similar roles with a proven track record of scaling GTM motions and driving measurable business outcomes.
• Strong foundation in modern GTM tools, APIs, data enrichment platforms etc.
• Hands-on experience with modern GTM stack including CRMs, MAPs, enrichment tools, and AI platforms, with proven ability to integrate and optimize these tools for maximum impact.

Responsibilities:

• Leverage AI to supercharge our GTM engine - from automating workflows to delivering magical customer experiences that accelerate our growth.
• Become a champion for AI within the GTM team, exploring and evaluating new AI tools and techniques to enhance our GTM strategies and keep us at the forefront of innovation.
• Design, build, and optimise automated workflows across our marketing, sales & customer success technology stacks, with a focus on integrating and leveraging cutting-edge AI-powered tools and platforms.
• Build a culture of systematic experimentation - design scalable systems, implement testing frameworks, and continuously optimise our GTM motion through data-driven insights.
• Drive cross-functional impact - collaborate with teams across marketing, sales, and customer success to understand challenges and build AI-powered solutions that scale
