Requirements:

• Strong knowledge of Azure services, networking, cloud security, and hybrid architectures.
• Minimum of 5 years in cloud pre-sales, solution architecture, or IT consulting, preferably in the healthcare sector.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills.
• Familiarity with medical systems, clinical data management, and regulatory compliance (e.g., HIPAA) preferred.
• Proven experience leading on-premises to Azure cloud migrations.

Responsibilities:

• Provide technical expertise to the sales team by explaining complex cloud solutions, identifying opportunities, and addressing customer concerns during the sales cycle.
• Assess clients' existing on-prem environments to identify pain points, dependencies, and document technical requirements for effective cloud migration.
• Produce detailed system architecture diagrams, formulate tenders, RFP responses, and prepare cost estimates to support cloud migration projects and solution implementation.
• Transition closed deals to the implementation team, ensuring technical requirements are thoroughly documented and aligned for seamless execution.
• Oversee the migration of on-prem systems to the cloud, designing strategies for a seamless transition to Azure, ensuring data integrity, minimal downtime, and smooth integration.
• Act as the go-to SME for Azure migration, responding to client and internal teams' technical questions, guiding project managers, and ensuring alignment with best practices.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, GDPR, and data security protocols for healthcare customers.
• Proactively monitor cloud infrastructure performance, implement cost optimization strategies, and ensure compliance with SLAs.
• Continuously stay updated on advancements in Azure technology and cloud solutions relevant to the medical technology sector.
