Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in sales operations using Hubspot as your CRM
  • Experience working in more of a start-up environment ($0 - $50M revenue)
  • Experience in service based business, especially B2B
  • Experience with software that does call/text like Sales Msg, Kixie, etc.
  • Experience working with reporting, especially through a business intelligence system (Grow, Power BI, Domo, Tableau, etc.)
  • MUST have very high level of knowledge/experience with HubSpot
  • MUST have experience building sequences and workflows from scratch
  • MUST have experience working on outbound sequences and workflows
Responsibilities:
  • Work with revenue leadership and general ops to build sequences/workflows within all tech platforms, but particularly Hubspot
  • Work with the Marketing team to ensure all workflows across teams function smoothly transitioning work from one team to the next
  • Work with data teams to ensure all data is accurate at all times and reporting is automated
  • Work with revenue management and general ops to always be “ahead” and working on innovative strategies and systems
  • Assist in QA of systems and processes of sales team
  • Assist in trouble shooting for the team
