Strong verbal and written communication skills in English, with the ability to present data, collaborate with teams, and explain strategies clearly.
Responsibilities:
Develop, implement, and continuously optimize paid advertising campaigns across platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to drive performance and achieve business objectives. Create detailed weekly and monthly performance reports, analyzing key metrics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Leverage campaign data to scale budgets effectively, refine targeting, and enhance CPAs, conversion rates, and overall ROI. Work closely with the creative team to design compelling content tailored to specific buyer personas, ensuring ads resonate with target audiences. Partner with fellow media buyers to share insights, strategies, and best practices, fostering continuous improvement and innovation across the team. Stay updated on industry trends, emerging platforms, and new advertising technologies to ensure campaigns remain cutting-edge and competitive.
