4-6+ years of experience in Customer Success, Product Management, eCommerce, Operations, Growth, or similar roles Proven experience designing and running A/B tests, experimentation programs, or structured discovery initiatives Background working with SaaS, eCommerce, AI, or fast-moving startup environments Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in ambiguous, evolving product landscapes Experience collaborating with Product and Engineering teams Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret usage data Comfortable leading customer-facing engagements during early product adoption phases
