Serve as the CEO’s right hand, ensuring priorities are managed effectively Anticipate needs, troubleshoot challenges, and offer proactive solutions Manage complex scheduling, calendar optimization, and meeting preparation Act as a liaison between the CEO and key stakeholders Own task management and follow-ups using Asana (or similar PM tools) Ensure meeting action items are captured and executed promptly (within 24-48 hours, not days) Improve and streamline processes to enhance efficiency and scalability Work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and leadership teams Draft high-quality emails, reports, and internal communications Independently resolve issues before they escalate to the CEO Make decisions and execute tasks without needing constant oversight Bring well-thought-out solutions when seeking approval or feedback Coordinate the CEO’s frequent travel plans and event schedules Ensure seamless logistics for speaking engagements, conferences, and podcast appearances Be available to support time-sensitive travel adjustments as needed
