Requirements:
  • 1–2 years of experience in construction project management, engineering, or a related field.
  • Experience with Procore, Bluebeam, and Sage (preferred; training available).
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Basic understanding of construction documents, budgeting, and project workflows.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and project management tools.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently while maintaining strong collaboration with internal teams.
Responsibilities:
  • Upload and organize blueprints in Procore project management software.
  • Hyperlink and label plans in Procore for easy navigation.
  • Overlay plan changes in Bluebeam and create an overlay narrative.
  • Manage and store project plans, RFIs, and submittals per company protocol.
  • Ensure all document control activities are completed, including project sign-offs and warranties.
  • Prepare and submit material submittals (training provided).
  • Audit material quotes to ensure accurate pricing and procurement.
  • Order materials from suppliers and coordinate equipment needs through Dispatch.
  • Track project change orders and maintain accurate records.
  • Generate and run reports from Procore, sharing insights with the Operations Manager.
  • Assist in tracking job budgets, monitoring labor and material costs.
  • Enter job financials and support the Project Manager in determining adherence to expected costs.
  • Monitor project billing and assist in the administration of change orders.
  • Assist in preparing Monthly Progress Reports to track job performance.
  • Work closely with the Project Manager to ensure field crews have all necessary materials and information.
  • Maintain effective communication with internal teams, including Dispatch, Accounting, and Contracts Administration.
  • Provide consistent updates on project progress and key deliverables.
