3+ years in customer success, account management, or client-facing roles in a SaaS company. Familiarity with SaaS solutions and automation tools. Strong ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships. Ability to anticipate client challenges and proactively develop solutions. Comfortable analyzing data to drive strategic decisions. Strong organizational skills to manage multiple accounts. Strong presentation and communication skills. Fluency in English and German. Comfortable learning and demonstrating new technologies. Experience supporting organizations through process automation and adoption.
