Requirements:

At least 4+ years in full-cycle recruitment, ideally with experience in the iGaming sector.
Preferably experienced in hiring for Sales, Account Management, and Executive-level roles.
Proactive and Professional: You understand recruitment is a mix of sales and strategy and are comfortable with both giving and receiving feedback.
Excellent communication skills and an approachable personality.
Comfortable with technical requirements and recruitment automation tools (experience with Ashby, LinkedIn Recruiter, HiBob, etc., is a plus).
Strong organizational skills with an eye for details.
At least Upper-Intermediate level or higher.
