Requirements
- A minimum of 3+ years of recruitment experience, ideally in Tech or Business-related roles.
- Advanced sourcing capabilities, particularly in boolean search techniques.
- Background in international talent-hiring delivery and client management.
- In-depth knowledge of the European Talent Market.
- A registered freelance business or similar corporate entity that allows you to receive income from commercial activity.
- Proficiency in LinkedIn Recruiter and/or other sourcing methods.
- Native or professional-level English proficiency.
Responsibilities
- Delivering global recruitment services through adaptable sourcing and headhunting.
- Managing existing client portfolio, including startups, SMEs and corporates in EU.
- Elevating talent acquisition delivery through effective sourcing strategies.
