Requirements
- Have a minimum of 3 years of experience in recruitment, including at least 2 years in tech recruitment.
- Have experience working in a start-up or scale-up environment.
- Have a track record of attracting talent from major tech hubs, including the USA, EU, and LATAM.
- Be familiar with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
- Be perfectly fluent in English.
- Be comfortable hiring for products based on uncensored models and content.
Responsibilities
- Map and engage talent from Tier 1 tech hubs and companies worldwide through outreach and networking.
- Use AI agents, technical communities, and other sourcing channels to find candidates.
- Maintain long-term relationships with passive talent globally.
- Own the candidate journey from the first discovery call through the final close.
- Conduct structured interviews to assess technical aptitude and cultural alignment.
- Provide concise, actionable interview summaries for Hiring Managers and Leadership.
- Work with Founders and Team Leads to improve hiring workflows and remove friction.
- Contribute to employer branding initiatives and content.
