Experience with screening and recruitment.

Lead the design and architecture of complex AI solutions. Develop comprehensive solution architectures including data collection, curation, model assessment, and experimental design. Provide technical guidance and project leadership. Mentor and guide junior team members. Ensure best practices are followed. Scope down first versions of things, being scrappy, and rapidly derisking. Identify the most important bottlenecks and how to solve them. Smoothly oversee many moving pieces and build good project infrastructure. Evaluate, mentor, and amplify world-class experts in various domains. Ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope. Engage with clients at a strategic level, understanding their needs, challenges, and business goals. Translate client requirements into robust technical solutions. Communicate complex concepts effectively. Drive innovation by staying current with the latest advancements in AI and related technologies. Evaluate and integrate new tools and technologies to enhance AI capabilities. Implement and enforce standards for data quality.
