Requirements:
Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting, specifically in accounts payable and accounts receivable. Experience with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, Xero) and Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Attention to detail is a must. Responsibilities:
Process and manage accounts payable transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies. Assist in the preparation of Accounts Receivable invoices, ensuring timely billing and collection of funds. Perform regular reconciliations of accounts payable and accounts receivable to ensure accuracy. Monitor accounts to ensure payments are up to date and follow-up with clients on overdue accounts. Collaborate with other departments to resolve discrepancies and improve financial processes. Maintain financial records, contracts, invoices, and other supporting documents for audit purposes. Generate and analyze regular reports on accounts payable/receivable performance. Support the finance team with various tasks and projects as needed.
