Strategic Business Analyst

5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise or global clients. Experience in process design, improvement, and data driven decision making. Ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and translate complex needs. Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and process analysis skills. Proven ability to deliver analytical solutions with measurable business impact. Proficiency in Google Workspace and familiarity with BI tools (Power BI, Tableau). Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience managing upward and influencing decision makers. C1 or higher English level. Ability to work in US Eastern or Central time zones.

Partner with program leaders and teams to identify stakeholders and gather requirements. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions. Translate stakeholder inputs into clear, actionable business requirements. Support build vs buy analysis. Prepare documentation for data-based decisions, vendor evaluations, or internal build options. Produce Business Requirements Documents outlining current and future state workflows. Define requirements for system integrations.
