Strategic Business Analyst

5+ years of business analysis experience supporting enterprise or global clients. Experience in process design, improvement, and data driven decision making. Ability to collaborate with executive stakeholders and translate complex needs into actionable requirements. Strong executive communication, stakeholder engagement, and process analysis skills. Proven ability to deliver analytical solutions with measurable business impact. Proficiency in Google Workspace. Familiarity with BI tools such as Power BI or Tableau. Strong organizational, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated experience managing upward and influencing decision makers. C1 or higher English level. Ability to work in US Eastern or Central time zones.

Partner with leaders across Finance, Procurement, IT, and Capital Planning to identify stakeholders and gather requirements. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and discovery sessions. Translate stakeholder inputs into clear, actionable business requirements and documentation. Support build vs buy analysis. Prepare documentation for data-based decisions, vendor evaluations, or internal build options. Produce Business Requirements Documents. Define requirements for system integrations and support alignment with technical teams.
