Requirements:

JD with active membership in at least one U.S. state bar (New York preferred).
3+ years of relevant legal experience (in-house experience preferred), with at least 2 years focused on drafting and negotiating SaaS or technology agreements.
A deep understanding of enterprise software agreements, SaaS licensing, data protection, and intellectual property, with the ability to navigate complex commercial transactions. You know how to structure, draft, and negotiate a variety of agreements for the tech industry.
