Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition. At least 8 years in a senior leadership or director role. Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing talent acquisition teams. Expertise in recruiting for senior leadership/executive positions. Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline development. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations across regions (preferred).
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute talent acquisition strategy for the US and Canada. Partner with senior leadership to understand hiring needs. Drive executive-level recruitment and ensure positive candidate experience. Align talent acquisition with employee experience and retention. Identify and leverage innovative recruitment methods and technologies. Collaborate on employer branding initiatives. Measure, analyze, and report on talent acquisition metrics. Provide strategic guidance on talent acquisition best practices. Manage the recruitment budget.
