Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. 15+ years of progressive experience in talent acquisition. At least 8 years in a senior leadership or director role. Proven track record of building and scaling high-performing talent acquisition teams. Expertise in recruiting for senior leadership/executive positions. Strong understanding of recruitment marketing, sourcing strategies, and talent pipeline development. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment. Deep knowledge of employment laws and regulations across regions (preferred).
