Requirements:
Bachelor of Science Degree in Nursing. Compact unrestricted registered nurse (RN) license required. Compact + single state licensure in Alaska, New York, Illinois, Michigan, or California preferred. At least 5 years of nursing experience, with a minimum of 3 years in solid tumor oncology nursing. Oncology-related certifications required or to be obtained within 2 years of hire.
Responsibilities:
Offer triage, support, and education to members during their cancer journey. Conduct comprehensive clinical assessments and oversee member health. Coordinate care throughout the oncology continuum, from screening to end-of-life care. Initiate and maintain trusting relationships with members and their care networks. Manage urgent clinical escalations and participate in case conferences.
