Our core Program and community is called TRIS (Trust, Rapport, Influence, Sales). The TRIS Method, developed by founders Vikram Deol & Cody May is a psychology-based real estate sales framework focused on Trust, Rapport, Influence, and Sales to boost conversion rates. It emphasizes building instant credibility, creating deep rapport, using strategic questioning to influence, and closing deals without pressure. The method trains agents to move away from scripts and toward authentic, emotion-driven conversations, with a strong focus on high-quality lead follow-up and appointment setting. Key Pillars of the TRIS Method Trust: Building immediate credibility and authenticity to overcome resistance. Rapport: Connecting on a deeper level to make prospects open up, even with difficult, angry, or expired leads. Influence: Utilizing behavioral psychology and strategic questioning to guide conversations and prevent objections before they arise. Sales: Closing with confidence by focusing on the client's motivation and needs, turning conversations into consistent, high-value contracts. Implementation and Focus Target: Real estate agents, specifically those looking to increase their transaction volume and improve lead conversion. Approach: Moves away from "outdated" scripts to a "Clarify & Probe" method that uncovers true client motivations. Goal: To move agents from simply chasing leads to effortlessly attracting them, focusing on building long-term relationships.
