Senior Performance Analyst - Remote

Proficiency in data analysis tools: Looker, Datadog, MySQL, Excel. Strong understanding of statistical methods and data modeling techniques. Self-motivation in finding potential problems and running them to ground. Communication skills to prepare write-ups for study results. Organizational skills to help track and plan performance studies. Ability to work closely with engineers to verify results. Skill at working with other teams and communicating results and plans.

Create dashboards in Looker and Datadog for performance insights. Identify future performance bottlenecks using insights. Conduct and direct experiments to test specific load conditions. Add alerts for potential performance issues. Run performance load tests in the lab and analyze results. Write up and publish individual performance experiment results. Write up and publish comprehensive summaries of overall performance. Extend Javascript-based performance tests. Work with other teams to collect client scaling information and establish KPIs.
